JH Sayyar's Sonnets

134
When I think out the towers of Troy,
An image of Helen floats on my mind,
All decay with time those who enjoy,
Her beauty ruling now nothing behind
I think the steel destroys all Troy gates,
Sitting in the horse cheating the vigilance,
They do say their trick I say luck waits,
All move around the luck nothing hence.
Time kills everything if you do ruminate,
Love remains, the same remain it was,
And love emotions are not slave to fate,
Listen divine love is free of earthly laws.

Time can’t decay my love my love divine
I love my muse my muse, my concubine.
