JH Sayyar's Sonnets

475
Once I and my ladylove together slept
On the bed of roses under the moon light
Her loving eyes sitting by me all night wept
Looking at this night my poor soul in plight
I slept for a long time and saw a dry dream
I came to know the mystery of my Lady’s hair
Keeping a candle man in hair when I deem
More clever than me my cute and lovely Fair
More than our thinking woman’s nature dark
Like black holes her dreams float in mind
Her wishes swim sweetly as in dark night lark
Preying to prey lust in lone her prey to find

When more kind to man gives her erotic will
Not for love on bed in between thigh lust to fill
