JH Sayyar's Sonnets

230
Yea! None can believe in love that is matter base,
Man: a mixture of soul and mass since his creation,
Without it men cannot add in it on earth more grace
Men in the world are for trial and for probation,
If I write in my verse the beauty of the universe,
So I make injustice on earth with my pretty being,
The coming generation late or soon will me curse?
Yea! I know my life spindle is speedily fleeing,
So I write for the youngest and their life mission,
As a guiding light that shows them a future goal,
While reading will affect my words’ transmission,
In all directions equally from North to South Pole,

You will live in my poor heart and in my rime,
Double graves you will enjoy in future time
